Years of neck tension, jaw discomfort, and headaches that flared with stress and prolonged postures were disrupting sleep and full workdays.

Assessment & Integrated Plan

Evaluation of cervical mobility, muscle tenderness, posture, jaw motion, stress load, and daily habits. The plan included:

  • Craniosacral therapy to reduce head, neck, and TMJ sensitivity

  • Postural restoration–oriented exercise for head, neck, ribcage, and jaw alignment

  • Coordinated chiropractic care focused on spinal mobility

Outcomes That Mattered

  • Reduced headaches

  • Improved sleep
